Join the Wyoming Valley Striders for the 38th Annual WVS Fall Trail 5.5 Mile Run at Frances Slocum State Park in Wyoming, PA, on Sunday, October 26, 2025, beginning at 11:00 AM. This classic fall trail race features an age-group graded, staggered start, creating a fun and competitive environment for runners of all experience levels.
Participants can enjoy the scenic beauty of Frances Slocum’s wooded trails while testing their endurance and pacing against peers of similar ability. With a unique handicap system, runners start at different times based on age — all racing toward an exciting, near-simultaneous finish.
Online pre-registration is required and must be completed by Friday, October 24, at noon. Race day entries will not be accepted. The $10 pre-entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The top 15 finishers will receive a special 50th Anniversary medal. Lace up your shoes and take part in a beloved local running tradition!
