Super Hero 5K

June 7 – Dallas, PA

Support local programs for children in our community during the Super Hero 5k and family walk at the Dallas High School in Dallas, PA. Packet pickup opens at 7:30 a.m. Plenty of parking available at the school tennis courts.

Move With Moosic 5K

June 8 – Moosic, PA

Get a closer look at Moosic Borough’s historic landmarks, Main Street, public parks and more during the Move with Moosic 5K run/walk. The race kicks off at the Moosic Youth Center and winds its way through the community. All proceeds benefit Moosic’s public parks and green spaces.

June 8 – Scranton, PA

Join Queer NEPA for the 5th Annual Stride for Pride 5K Run in partnership with Action Together NEPA. They will be running at the beautiful Lackawanna River Heritage Trail on Olive Street in Scranton, PA.

Rattlesnake Run 5K

June 14 – Weatherly, PA

A fun 5K race to benefit a local wildlife rescue and education center. The Rattlesnake Run 5K course takes place on the Lehigh Gorge Trail in the scenic Lehigh Gorge State Park. It is open, flat, out-and-back, with an orange cone at the turn-around.

Black Diamond Mainline 5K

June 29 – Scranton, PA

Tackle the slopes of Montage Mountain Resorts during the Black Diamond Mainline 5K. All registered participants will receive free admission to the waterpark after the race and are eligible to purchase up to 4 additional water park tickets for family for just $15 each.

Bernie’s Run in Downtown Wilkes-Barre is a valued tradition celebrating our nation’s birthday since 1984. The Run/Walk start time is at 8:30am and the free Kids Fun Run start time is 9:15am. The Kids Fun Run is open to ages 2-10.

July 12 – Dallas, PA

Help raise funds for the Lake Lehman Cross-Country and Track Booster Club at this Color Run in Dallas. All proceeds go directly to the school’s teams. The race begins at 11 a.m. and participants will be doused in color powder along the way.

July 12 – Stroudsburg, PA

Run through the Quiet Valley Living Historical Farm property. The Rooster Run/Walk 5K course has varying surfaces including grass, dirt, gravel and paved roads. Race day registration and bib pickup will begin at 7:30am.

This community-centered 5K at Nay Aug Park in Scranton raises funds for local youth organizations and programs. The Scranton BK5K was created in honor of Bob Kierlin, founder of Fastenal and lifelong supporter of youth programs.

July 19 – Roaring Brook Twp., PA

Run or walk the St. Eulalia’s 15th Annual Jerry Mahon 5K for a cause through scenic Roaring Brook Twp. and Elmhurst. The route is both kid and dog friendly, so don’t leave anyone behind. You’ll be sent home with goodies from local businesses and 5K sponsors.

The LYM Team is hosting their third annual Leave Your Mark — Run for the Medals this summer at the Garden Drive-In! Taking place on the Susquehanna Warrior Trail. This flat and fast course is perfect for any runner to hit a PR. All proceeds will be donated to The Susquehanna Warrior Trail and local non-profits.

The Shimmy in Shickshinny

August 19 – Shickshinny, PA

The Shimmy in Shickshinny follows the hard-packed Susquehanna Warrior Trail as it runs along the west bank of the Susquehanna River in Luzerne County, PA. The out-and-back route has a total elevation gain/loss of 11 feet and 90% of the trail is shaded.

Trot 'N Brew

August 16 – Conyngham, PA

The Trot ‘N Brew, in its 39th year, combines fun, fitness and fundraising to support the Helping Hands Society. The short, hilly race is open to runners (21 and over) and includes mandatory stops at seven local businesses where participants must consume a draft beer before continuing.

August 16 – Kingston, PA
