Pennsylvania Municipal Leadership Summit

On behalf of the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Commissioners (PSATC), we are excited to invite you to join your fellow first-class township officials at the upcoming Pennsylvania Municipal Leadership Summit to be held from Thursday, October 10 to Sunday, October 12 at the Scranton Hilton Hotel and Convention Center.

Known as “The Electric City”, Scranton became one of the first cities in the United States to adopt electric power beginning in 1880 when electric lights were introduced at the Dickson Manufacturing Company and by 1886 the first successful streetcars powered by electricity began operation in Scranton.

PSATC together with the Pennsylvania Municipal League and the Pennsylvania Career Fire Chiefs Association host this annual event to provide educational opportunities on best practices in local government, professional development and collaboration initiatives that build strong vibrant communities.

In partnership with DiscoverNEPA, we’re making this unique landing page available to all attendees at the summit to provide an overview of the many recreational, cultural, sporting and outdoor activities available in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
