Homemade Italian Ice, Custard, & Gelati

Josie’s Frozen Custard & Italian Ice has been a Valley staple for over 25 years. This family-run business started in Kingston and has an additional shop in Scranton.

Josie’s still uses the original family recipes for their homemade Italian ice. They offer dozens of flavors, all made with real fruit. Their frozen custard is a creamy, decadent treat. And for the best of both worlds, you have to go for the ever-popular gelati. They fill the bottom of the cup with custard, add your favorite flavor of ice in the middle, and top it all off with another swirl of custard.
