Bringing Women's Fashion to the Valley Since 2006
We recently stopped into Showroom56, a women’s boutique in Kingston, to check out some of the latest styles hitting the Valley. Showroom56 offers everything from casual, everyday wear to formalwear for life’s special occasions.
We chatted with owner Sally VanScoy about what makes Showroom56 such a special piece of the community. VanScoy always felt that the area was missing a place to find unique and stylish womenswear, so she took it upon herself to fill that void.
VanScoy is a lifetime resident of NEPA, and when Showroom56 opened its doors in 2006, there was no other option than to open right here at home. In the past 16 years, Showroom56 has expanded and grown within United Penn Plaza. Both customers and members of her team have become both friends and family to Vanscoy. Because of this she has developed a deep appreciation for the community around her.

Retro-Spring Stylin
White boots are a must for this upcoming spring season! We paired them with this adorable 1970’s retro-style blue and green sweater dress. We knew we couldn’t go wrong with a classic gold hoop and matching gold beaded bracelets to finish off this look.
Lightly Layered Look
This green Free People cardigan is super lightweight and perfect for the upcoming warm weather! We paired it with this knit butterfly tank that looks amazing underneath the lace cutouts in the cardigan. These white, distressed jeans and taupe Steve Madden sneakers completed this spring look.
Ruffled Spring Sleeves
The ruffles on this bodysuit immediately caught our eye! This soft, ivory bodysuit can be dressed up or down. We went for a classic pair of medium-wash blue jeans and a pair of cat-eye sunglasses to accessorize. Ivory patent leather loafers completed this look.
Floral Summer Sundress
Sundresses for summer are a must! This floral printed sundress immediately caught our attention. Paired with this green, chunky knit cardigan this outfit is a great late spring into summer option. These western-chic, snakeskin detailed boots added that perfect touch.
