Cats in Bloom is a nonprofit cat café in Bloomsburg. Founded in 2019, they help stray, abandoned and abused cats find their forever homes. They are 100% supported by volunteers and donors.

Cats in Bloom is a cat adoption platform that works alongside local rescues and foster care providers. They are not a shelter and cannot accept drop-offs. Guests can visit the the café and meet the adoptable cats, or simply come to simply relax. Cats in Bloom has facilitated hundreds of adoptions to date, finding the perfect matches between cats in need and loving homes.
