Endless Hours of Outdoor Adventures Await

In NEPA, we’re never very far from a scenic state park. They are, after all, part of what makes our region such a special place for outdoor recreation. Pristine lakes, verdant meadows, lush forests, roaring waterfalls, and spectacular mountain views are part of our collective back yard.

From hiking and mountain biking, to fishing, boating, kayaking, hunting and cross-country skiing, the 18 amenity-filled state parks in our 10-county region offer a tranquil spot to spend time in the fresh air surrounded by peace, quiet and the occasional woodland creature.

Enjoy miles of hiking trails, lakeside picnics, campfires under the stars and so much more at state parks throughout NEPA. No matter which park you choose, they all offer clean, wide-open spaces, fresh air and tons of free fun and relaxation.
