To support diverse community needs for information, education, inspiration and entertainment through access to electronic and print resources, programs and expertise.

The Wayne County Public Library in Honesdale features a vast collection of books and resources for all ages. This local library is located in a historic Victorian home built in 1869. It also serves at the headquarters of the Wayne Library Alliance, which includes seven libraries throughout the county.

In addition to their print and digital resources, the library also offers a variety of enriching and educational events. Check out their classes and programs for children, teens, and adults.
