The Fine Arts Fiesta is an annual celebration that showcases NEPA’s local talent. Founded in 1956 by Annette Evans and Alfred Groh, it is held each May on Public Square in Wilkes-Barre. This four-day festival attracts over 60,000 people to the downtown district every year. It always brings the community together with fine art, food and family fun.

The Fine Arts Fiesta puts a spotlight on local artists. Adults and students can enter paintings, photography, sculptures and other artwork in the juried art shows. It also gives over 50 artists and crafters the opportunity to display and sell their work. As for the performing arts, musicians and dancers bring life to the stage.
