The Tree of Life Esthetics Studio is coming to SBC for mindful painting and brews sipping with friends. Each ticket includes a beer flight, the mindfulness lesson with a brief visualization practice and then the painting portion of the evening. This event will be held outdoors under a tent. This is a fun, relaxing way to recharge or to discharge tension without the pressure of having to produce an artistic masterpiece. No experience with art or mindfulness necessary.
