Luzerne County Community College will host its annual Race for a Cause 5K Run or Fun Walk at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, April 26 at the Nanticoke campus to help students in need.

There will be a registration fee of $20 per person. Swag will be given to the first 60 registered participants. The race is sponsored by the LCCC Health, Physical Education & Exercise Science Department.

Awards will be given to the first overall male and female finishers in the race. Awards will also be given to the top three finishers in the following age groups for both males and females – 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over.
