“What is a weed but a plant whose virtue is not yet known.”

— Ralph Waldo Emerson

Wild medicine surrounds us in abundance. The beautiful flowers you admire or weed in your garden that annoys you might be more than meets the eye.

In this 3 1/2 hr workshop you will learn about a number of wild and cultivated medicinal herbs, what their uses are, where you can find them and what time of year they are present. You will also learn how to harvest, dry and prepare them, and what the dosages are. You will forage, harvest and create herbal medicinals to take with you.

This workshop is led by Integrative Medicine Doctor, Jen Abraczinskas MD (@springandsprucehealth) and Anne Darling, Farm Owner/Operator from @thefarmatcatawissacreek. A Q&A session and resource booklet will be included for participants.

If you have been curious about the medicinal power of plants, this workshop is for you.
