Shaun Cruz, a native of NEPA, attended culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando. He travelled the south for 12 years, discovering the secrets of the southern cuisine. After falling in love with southern barbeque, it has become one of his passions, along with homemade sauces and dressings, fresh ingredients, and bold flavors.
Now he has brought these passions back to NEPA. Paired with successful business owners William Pambianco & Billy Pambianco, the trio has created a dining atmosphere that will keep you coming back. American Grill features burgers & barbeque as bold as the restaurant itself.
