MMA Gym in the Back Mountain

BFC Mixed Martial Arts Academy in Dallas offers training and classes to help you build confidence, learn self-defense, and hone your techniques. Located in the Ziemba Insurance Complex, this MMA gym welcomes all ages and fitness levels, from beginner and kids to pro fighters.

BFC’s classes are challenging, yet fun. They are a Tom DeBlass affiliate school offering classes in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. They also offer kickboxing classes, Snake Pit USA Catch Wrestling, MMA training, and private classes. Their kids’ grappling classes are geared toward ages 5-12.
