Borrow a bike and explore the city… all for free!

You can use the bike and equipment all day, so get pedaling! The Marywood University Commuter Trail leads right into the heart of downtown Scranton and passes through the historic Green Ridge neighborhood and Hill Section. From there, you can bike through Nay Aug Park or take a ride along the scenic Lackawanna River Heritage Trail.

To participate, you must be 16 or older and have a valid driver’s license or state photo ID. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.

Other BikeScranton locations include Hilton Scranton & Conference Center, Lackawanna Heritage Valley, Strive Multisport, and the Weinberg Memorial Library at the University of Scranton. Bikes must be borrowed from and returned to the same location. Please check individual locations for operating hours.
