Executive chef Jonathan Minor has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant business. After growing up in Puebla, Mexico, he immigrated to New York City and began working as a dishwasher. From there, he worked his way up to become a chef at high-end restaurants in New York. His culinary career led him to Pennsylvania, where he now creates delicious dishes at his own restaurant.
