Giddy Up & Go Snack Shack has turned a bus into a Western-themed kitchen on wheels. They make classics like sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, cheesesteaks, and more.

You can usually find Giddy Up & Go on Route 92, just outside of Tunkhannock. Car hop service is available—just pull up, blink your lights, and honk the horn. Check their Facebook page for their latest hours and menu items.

Menu Highlights

Try the Drunken Cowboy, a cheesesteak with caramelized onions, crushed peppers, and American cheese. It’s served in a flour tortilla with a side of warm beef au jus. Sides like potato pancakes, fries, onion rings, mac and cheese bites, and more are the perfect way to finish it off.
