Broadway in Your Backyard

Don’t let the name trick you; the Little Theatre of Wilkes-Barre has a huge legacy. It has been operating since 1923, making it one of the oldest continuously running community theatres in the United States. Since then, Little Theatre estimates that it has entertained over two million people.

Today, Little Theatre of Wilkes-Barre puts on comedies, dramas and musicals, featuring live, local orchestras, as well as a summer youth workshop free for families.

Past productions include Cabaret, Lend Me a Tenor, Rocky Horror Show, and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. With its convenient location in downtown Wilkes-Barre, it’s the perfect place for a night out!
