A Sweet Taste of NEPA

When the weather warms up and the sap starts flowing, it’s all hands on deck at Loch’s Maple Syrup in Springville. In just a few short weeks, they transform thousands of gallons of sap into rich maple syrup. Join them for their annual open house weekend in March to tour the sap house and watch the syrup-making process.

You can’t visit without sampling some sweet treats. Visit their onsite store to pick up a bottle of syrup or other maple goodies like candy, tea, coffee, and kettle corn. Loch’s also sets up a concession stand at local fairs and festivals. Stop by for maple cotton candy or a maple milkshake.

The farm store has seasonal hours. Call for details.
