Welcome to the Y

The Pocono Family YMCA in Stroudsburg helps community members grow in spirit, mind, and body. Since 1914, they have been committed to youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility throughout Monroe County and surrounding communities. They currently serve nearly 7,000 members and program participants throughout the year.

The Y is known for its top-notch programs for all ages, from youth sports to programs for older adults. Their fitness classes and aquatics programs are always popular, and they also host youth and adult sports, lifeguard classes, CPR and first aid training, special needs programs, and so much more. Their facility on Main Street includes a cardio room, weight area, circuit training equipment, basketball gym, and indoor swimming pool.

The Y is more than a fitness center– they also offer quality childcare. Full-time childcare, school-age child care, pre-school, and day camps are available.
