Keep your eye on this space for regular contributions from local organizations, visitors’ bureaus, tourism boards, chambers and so much more.

Sky Zone – Pittston, PA

Changing the game.

Sky Zone, in Pittston, was founded in 2014 as the first trampoline park in Northeastern Pennsylvania, and, to this day, they continue to set the standards for active family entertainment in the region.

They provide an epic birthday spot for children of all ages with active healthy fun. Their parties include food made onsite and are hosted by their highly trained staff. Their faculty comes with a variety of activities that can be enjoyed by guests of all ages, whether they are attending a party, private event or just stopping by for a pickup game on the air court.

General Manager Ed Kearns came to Sky Zone from a senior leadership position at T-Mobile NYC with nearly 15+ years of experience in operating multi-retail locations. It was a time for change and the indoor entertainment industry was booming so he took the challenge, and Sky Zone is consistently positioned in the 20% of the network. “We were the first to market and continue to reinvent ourselves on a yearly basis,” says Ed.

Jump!

A team player in the community.

Ed says that Sky Zone Pittston has always been a community partner. They partner with the local little leagues, fire, police, and EMS departments, as well as with schools during the year in numerous fundraising activities. Their biggest events are their annual Trunk or Treat and their annual bike giveaway at Christmas. “Having the ability to create a program with local police agencies throughout the region to distributor free jump passes to disadvantage children in our communities and being able to watch the smiles from children in difficult situations always warms my heart,” says Ed about Sky Zone’s community work.

Community is huge for Ed. He says that “NEPA is traditionally a great place to raise a family and family entertainment was greatly needed.”

They have been located in Pittston at 195 Enterprise Way for over 9 years. “We would love to thank the community for the strong support over the last 9 years and we are excited to bring new innovations to our region,” says Ed.
