Mission Statement
The Settlers Cares Foundation’s purpose is to provide swift financial assistance to the front-line employees of Settlers Hospitality Group and its affiliates who are facing a financial crisis resulting from a sudden, severe, unexpected event that is beyond their control when other resources are not available.
The Settlers Hospitality Group is dedicated to their community, their employees and affiliates, and most of all, supporting families when they need it most. The Settlers Cares Foundation was created to help Settlers Hospitality Group employees and their affiliates who are facing financial hardships due to unexpected life events by providing short-term, emergency support. Incidents such as natural disasters; illness or injury; extreme circumstances such a arson, robbery or assault; and death are eligible for grant assistance through the nonprofit for regular full-time or part-time employees.
