A One-of-a-Kind Fine Dining Experience
Located in the Kiesendahl School of Hospitality, 409 on Adams is Lackawanna College’s student-run restaurant. Under the observation of their instructors, students learn to prepare menus, manage inventory, hire staff, and create an exceptional guest experience.
The restaurant is open to the public so students can hone their skills in a real-world environment. The menus change frequently and offer everything from modern, creative cuisine to beloved classics. 409 on Adams also has a full bar with beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails.
