Whether you’ve been lifting for years or you’re new to the gym, The CAGE in Schuylkill Haven can help you crush your fitness goals. This gym and athletic facility welcomes all ages and skill levels.

The gym is fully equipped with barbells, weight training machines, cardio equipment, and more. They also have specialty training equipment for Spartan Races, powerlifting, and bodybuilding. Three batting cages and an all-purpose turf area are available on site.

The CAGE holds group classes taught by their certified instructors. Their knowledge and experience will help you gain serious results.
