FAME Strength & Conditioning in Forty Fort takes a no-nonsense approach to fitness with its underground-style training facility. Known for the motto “Get Your Mind Right,” this gym provides premier sports performance and adult training programs designed to build strength, speed, endurance, and mental toughness. Since opening in 2011, FAME has helped athletes and adults across Northeastern PA push their limits and achieve long-term success.
Programs at FAME Strength & Conditioning focus on results-driven coaching. Student athletes at the youth, high school, and college levels train to improve power, agility, and confidence in competition. Adults receive customized training plans that prioritize accountability, proper technique, and sustainable progress. Certified strength and conditioning coaches guide every workout, creating an environment that challenges members while keeping safety at the forefront.
Beyond the workouts, FAME prides itself on community and culture. The gym fosters positivity, authenticity, and dedication, with coaches and members who encourage one another daily. Over the years, FAME has grown to include multiple locations, including a second gym in Dallas, PA, while continuing to invest in the NEPA community through mentorship and the Scholar-Athlete Scholarship program.
