From sparkling lights displays seemingly on every corner to hometown tree lighting celebrations, parades, train rides, breakfast with Santa, holiday markets, horse-drawn wagon rides, drive and walk-through light displays and pop-up events, the holidays in NEPA are so very merry indeed.
Sparkling Light Displays
Each season, millions of twinkling lights displays transform homes and business across NEPA into a sparkling winter wonderland. From glittering, frost-covered forests to the festive glow of lights along our downtown streets and joyful window décor, there’s just something about the glow of lights that puts us in the holly jolly spirit.
The Festival of Lights at Stone Hedge Golf Course is one of the can’t-miss traditions of the season. This drive-through holiday light display is over two and a half miles long and features millions of lights including forests of colorful trees, dozens of fun scenes and two awe-inspiring light tunnels.
Clark Griswold himself would be envious of the over-the-top walk-through lights display at the Peckville Christmas House. Over 1,000 blow molds adorning this home and their surrounding property make it a must-visit each holiday season.
