MFHS Circle of Care in Scranton is a nonprofit health center offering families and individuals accessible, compassionate care at every life stage. As the flagship location of Maternal & Family Health Services (MFHS), the Scranton office provides integrated services in one convenient, transit-accessible facility. The Circle of Care model is built around dignity, confidentiality and trust—empowering patients to prioritize their health and well-being.
Integrated Health & Wellness Services
The center provides a wide range of services, including reproductive and pregnancy care, behavioral health, dental care, nutrition counseling and preventative screenings. On-site labs, ultrasounds and the WIC Nutrition Program help remove barriers to access. Programs like the Nurse-Family Partnership offer home-based support for new parents, ensuring continuity of care from pregnancy through early childhood.
Equity, Education & Everyday Support
MFHS Circle of Care also supports families with basic needs through resources like Bette’s Closet and the Hygiene Pantry. Care Navigators fluent in English and Spanish help patients access services, make referrals and feel supported every step of the way. Health education, mental health counseling and personalized care plans reinforce MFHS’s commitment to equitable, community-based care.
