For over thirty years, this Christmastime favorite in Stroudsburg has devoted acre upon acre to some of the best choose-and-cut Christmas trees in the region. And in 2014, Eagles Rest Cellars has added one more reason to visit – their own locally-produced wine.

With their ever-expanding vineyard and their classic Christmas tree operation, there’s always a reason to visit. Currently, you can choose from five spectacular wines. They range from semi-dry reds to semi-sweet whites. Eagles Rest features a comfortable, rustic tasting room and an outdoor bar overlooking the vineyard. There is also plenty of outdoor seating at picnic tables. Guests may even bring their own chairs and enjoy a bottle of wine in the soft grass.

The winery also hosts live entertainment, nature walks, paint and sip parties, and many other events. They also welcome wedding parties for special Wedding Weekend Adventures. Brides, grooms, and their guests can enjoy personal vineyard tours, wine tastings, and outdoor fire pits.
