Handcrafted Holiday Magic in Waverly
Over the weekend, the Waverly Community House transformed into the festive, 2025 Artisans’ Marketplace. The annual tradition, held on November 22 and 23, brought together more than 40 juried artisans. The talented, local artists and crafters showcased their finest handmade goods in a welcoming holiday atmosphere.
Visitors wandered through decorated hallways filled with creativity—handmade jewelry, pottery, paintings, gourmet treats, woodworking and unique holiday décor. Plenty of local shoppers lined the halls to check items off their holiday gift lists or to pick up a little something for themselves.
The experience was made even sweeter with a delicious luncheon served by Bailey’s Cafe. The ever-popular Comm Bakeshop also delighted attendees with homemade treats that quickly became must-take-home goodies. And of course, folks strolled over to the Waverly General Store to top off their shopping experience.
With its blend of artistry, tradition, and community spirit, the 2025 Artisans’ Marketplace once again set the tone for a cheerful holiday season in NEPA. The event continues to be a beloved stop for those seeking meaningful gifts and festive fun.
If you missed it this year, be sure to mark your calendar for next November—this holiday kick-off at the Comm is one you won’t want to pass up again.
