Mission Statement

VALOR Clinic Foundation mission is to meet veterans where they are, remove barriers, and help them regain dignity, stability, and independence.

Valor Clinic Foundation | Veterans Outreach & Stability Support

Valor Clinic Foundation in Kunkletown, PA provides non-medical support services to veterans across Northeastern Pennsylvania. This 501(c)(3) nonprofit focuses on outreach, shelter support, food assistance and coordinated referrals to trusted VA and community partners.

Valor Clinic Foundation assists veterans who are homeless, at-risk or working to regain independence. The organization helps veterans access earned benefits, secure safe shelter and find long-term Post Traumatic Stress resources.

As a charitable nonprofit, Valor Clinic Foundation is not a hospital or medical clinic. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. When clinical or behavioral healthcare is needed, the team connects veterans to licensed providers through established referral relationships.

Through outreach and coordinated support, the foundation removes barriers that stand between veterans and stability. Its goal is to restore dignity, structure and a renewed sense of purpose.

Paul’s House Veterans Sanctuary

Located in the historic Hotel Jonas in Polk Township, the Major Paul Syverson Veterans Sanctuary, known as Paul’s House, offers daily shelter for up to 13 veterans. Residents receive three healthy meals each day designed to address common health challenges faced by homeless veterans.

Participants follow structured schedules and assigned responsibilities that support personal accountability. Weekly peer-to-peer sessions and life skills classes are offered through the Veterans Unstoppable program, helping veterans rebuild confidence and direction. Paul’s House relies on community volunteers for cooking, administrative work, donation sorting, transportation and more.

Holiday Meals Program

Valor Clinic Foundation’s Holiday Meals Program provides confidential, no-cost food baskets to veterans  during the spring, fall and winter seasons. During the winter holiday, families with school-aged children may also receive age-appropriate gifts. The program depends on volunteers to assemble and deliver meal boxes, as well as donors who contribute food and financial support.

Events & Programs

Throughout the year, Valor Clinic Foundation hosts and participates in veteran-focused events designed to provide direct support, connection and essential resources. These events may include peer-to-peer gatherings, outreach initiatives and coordinated assistance efforts that address housing stability, food security and overall well-being.
