The Scranton Civic Ballet Company is a nonprofit dance school. Since 1978, they have provided children and young adults with high-quality dance training. Students have the opportunity to learn under the guidance of renowned artists, choreographers and teachers.

The Scranton Civic Ballet Company offers classes in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, hip hop, contemporary and Irish step dance. The classes combine rigorous training with a supportive, caring atmosphere. Classes are geared toward students ages 8-23, although younger children can join the pre-dance programs.

The company also enriches the local cultural scene with their annual performances and recitals.
