Mission Statement
Dingmans Ferry Theatre is dedicated to promoting, organizing, and supporting theatre, music, art, and other cultural activities in and around Pike County. Based in Akenac Park in Delaware Township, the organization provides opportunities for performers of all ages to showcase their talents while offering the community quality entertainment at little or no cost. The theatre’s mission is to create a welcoming space where audiences can smile, laugh, cry, and leave their worries behind for an evening of enjoyment.

Located in Delaware Township’s Akenac Park, Dingmans Ferry Theatre, a community theatre in Dingmans Ferry celebrates creativity and connection through live performance. Founded by Artistic Director Dennis Lee and his wife, Barbara, this volunteer-run nonprofit transforms a historic Camp Akenac cabin into a welcoming performance space. The cozy venue brings audiences together for evenings filled with laughter, emotion, and community spirit.

Since opening in 2021, the theatre has become a cultural hub in Pike County. It offers both indoor and outdoor shows throughout the year.
