Family Service Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania, a not-for-profit, non-sectarian organization, provides diverse services to children, individuals, seniors and families, empowering them to achieve their full potential and resulting in healthier relationships and stronger communities.
The Family Service Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization working with children, individuals, families and communities to achieve their potential. FSA NEPA was established in 1895 by a group of involved and concerned members of the community. It has been built on the dynamic association of a volunteer governing board, a professional staff and a consumer community.
Major program areas include professional counseling for individuals, couples and families; PA 2-1-1 Northeastern/Help Line; The High-Risk Youth Offender Reentry & Family Strengthening Initiative; The Guardianship Program; The Intensive Family Reunification Project; Community Education & Outreach and the Parent Child Home Program.
