NEP Sno & ATV Trails | Safe Riding & Trail Preservation in Wayne & Susquehanna Counties

NEP Sno & ATV Trails, a nonprofit organization serving Wayne and Susquehanna counties, is dedicated to preserving and maintaining one of the largest club-operated trail systems in Pennsylvania. Since 1991, the organization has provided snowmobile and ATV enthusiasts with access to more than 200 miles of groomed, scenic trails—promoting safe, responsible recreation and a strong outdoor community in the Endless Mountains. Their mission is grounded in stewardship, rider safety, and continuous improvement.

Maintaining Quality Trails for All Seasons

Operating one of the most extensive single-organization-managed trail networks in the state, NEP Sno & ATV Trails takes pride in maintaining high-quality routes for snowmobilers and off-road vehicle riders. The club’s dedicated members and volunteers work year-round to ensure trails are accessible, well-marked, and properly groomed for seasonal use. Their efforts make the system a popular destination for riders of all skill levels.

Membership Requirements & Rider Safety

All snowmobiles, ATVs, UTVs, and SXS vehicles using the trail system must be registered with NEP Sno & ATV Trails and hold a valid Pennsylvania registration—or be registered in a state recognized by the PA DCNR. Liability insurance is also required. Membership dues support critical trail maintenance, grooming equipment, signage, and safety improvements that allow riders to explore the region with confidence.

Giving Back to the Community

In addition to trail upkeep, the organization gives back to the local community through volunteer work and partnerships. the organization remains committed to enhancing both the riding experience and the well-being of the communities it serves.
