PA Inclusive was founded on the idea that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Autism, and other forms of disabilities should be able to work and live inclusively in the community the same way anyone else does.

PA Inclusive, a nonprofit organization based in Pittston, PA, is committed to creating inclusive, sustainable lives for individuals with disabilities. Formerly known as NEPA Inclusive, the organization expanded its name and reach to better reflect its growing presence across fourteen counties in eastern Pennsylvania. With a person-centered approach, PA Inclusive provides critical support and services that help people with intellectual disabilities, autism, and Down syndrome achieve their goals, build community connections, and live fulfilling lives on their own terms.
Comprehensive Support for Independent Living
Through its Live Inclusive program, PA Inclusive offers In-Home and Community Supports, Companion Services, and Supported Living Services that allow individuals to choose where and with whom they live. These services promote autonomy and encourage greater participation in daily community life. The Work Inclusive program partners with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) to deliver employment services such as Job Finding and Job Coaching. These initiatives help individuals secure competitive employment while earning fair wages and making meaningful contributions.
Supporting Students & Expanding Access
Their Transition Inclusive program is designed to guide students with disabilities through the shift from school to employment. Services include Job Shadowing, On-The-Job Training, Work-Based Learning Experiences, and more, helping young people prepare for future vocations. The organization has also broadened its impact by merging with other nonprofits, including Turn To Us Autism Resource Center and Sensory Gym, to expand resources for children with autism.
In 2023, the organization launched Coffee Inclusive, a Pittston-based coffee shop employing individuals of diverse abilities, reinforcing its commitment to inclusive workplaces and public engagement.
