The Archbald Winter Carnival at Archbald Borough Building and High School Plaza Park in Archbald takes place on Saturday, February 7, 2026 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM, celebrating Archbald’s 150th anniversary with family-friendly winter fun. Hosted by the Archbald Neighborhood Association in partnership with Archbald Borough, the event transforms the area around 400 Church Street into a seasonal gathering for kids and adults alike.
Families can look forward to free s’mores, hotdogs, and popcorn, along with fire pits, kid-friendly crafts, and winter games in the park with prizes. Community highlights include drone demonstrations with the Archbald Police Department, a Touch-a-Truck featuring the Eynon Sturges Hose Company, and winter story time led by the Valley Community Library.
Food and treats are available from local favorites, including desserts from Queen of Tarts Desserts, hot chocolate, coffee, and soup from Ginger’s Pies, and BBQ from the Smoked and Sauced food truck. Guests can also enjoy free hair tinsel by Mandy with Holiday Hair, plus additional activities throughout the afternoon.
