Satisfy your sweet tooth on the Brooklyn Chocolate Tour with Martz on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. This guided 4½-hour excursion takes guests to four of Brooklyn’s finest chocolatiers: the Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory, The Chocolate Room, Raaka Chocolate, and LI-Lac Chocolates.
At each stop, participants will sample traditional and artisanal chocolates while learning about the history of chocolate and how it’s crafted “bean to bar.” Some locations even feature demonstrations, giving guests an inside look at the artistry behind these decadent creations. These shops have been spotlighted on the Food Network, the Cooking Channel, and the Travel Channel, making them true must-visits for chocolate lovers.
The tour also includes lunch at the famous Grimaldi’s Pizzeria under the Brooklyn Bridge, offering a savory balance to the day’s sweet indulgences. Along the way, the guided tour highlights unique neighborhoods not seen on other Brooklyn excursions, including Cobble Hill, Red Hook, Industry City, and Gowanus.
