Classic Bread Making at Main Street Makery in Stroudsburg takes place on Sunday, January 25 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. This hands on class guides participants through the basics of making fresh bread, from feeding the yeast and mixing the dough to rising, shaping and preparing it for baking.

Guests will enjoy warm bread straight from the oven during the session, then leave with a versatile recipe and helpful tips for future baking. Each participant will also take home their own shaped loaf along with instructions to bake it in their own oven.

Tuition is $55 per person. Pre registration is required, space is limited and class tuition is not refundable.
