Easter Brunch Buffet will be served at Gravity Hall inside Hotel Anthracite in Carbondale on Sunday, April 5, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Families are invited to celebrate the holiday with a festive buffet and photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny.
The brunch features multiple stations and seasonal favorites, including salad selections like Cobb and Caesar, a made-to-order omelet station with assorted toppings and cheeses, and a carving station with honey glazed ham and turkey with thyme gravy.
Additional menu highlights include chicken marsala, herb-crusted panko salmon, penne pesto with roasted vegetables, vegetarian lasagna, breakfast potatoes, chicken tenders and fries, and sides such as sautéed zucchini and squash, honey glazed carrots, and Yukon gold mashed potatoes with cheddar cheese. The meal concludes with a selection of seasonal desserts prepared by the chef.
