Join Lisa Mo on Saturday, March 8th at 8:30 am. All classes are open to ALL! Use your monthly River Run membership package, or drop-in at $10 per class. Cash, check, or PayPal accepted.
No pre-registration necessary for in-person attendees. Then check your email for the Zoom link and payment options. Easy peasy! Please note, Zoom registrations close one hour prior to class time, so do plan ahead.
This All-Levels Vinyasa class is appropriate for students with any level of yoga experience- from the beginner to the experienced yogi.
Class will flow at a moderate pace and be set to some of your favorite songs from yesterday and today, with poses cued in both English and Sanskrit. Participants can expect to begin with mindfulness and grounding, then get moving through standing, balancing, and warrior sequences linked by vinyasa flows and movement cued to breath, ending with a relaxing savasana. Modifications will be suggested so participants can “come as you are, do what you can, and make it your own!”
