Fused Glass Winter Wonderland at The Back Mountain Makery in Dallas takes place on Saturday, January 24 at 4 PM. Hosted by Back Mountain Makery and Spirited Art Scranton, this creative workshop invites guests to design a winter themed fused glass piece, with snowmen as the featured inspiration.
Participants can choose from one of the provided designs or create something completely original. The class covers an introduction to the different types of glass used in the project and teaches the basics of cutting glass, making it a great option for beginners and experienced crafters alike. Guests can add fun seasonal details like a scarf, hat or even a small animal friend to bring their snowman to life.
All supplies are included, and participants may choose to add a hanger for a suncatcher or receive a mini easel for display. Finished pieces are fired after the workshop and returned to The Back Mountain Makery for pickup in about one week. The class runs about 1.5 hours and costs $40 per person.
