Meet the Misfits: Lunch Fundraiser takes place at Blind Cat Beer Co. in Pittston on Saturday, April 11, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This special event brings together the community to support Kitties of NEPA Pet Rescue and their mission to care for medical and special needs cats.
Guests can enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by Vidaro’s Pizza & Bites of Blakely, featuring favorites like wing bites, mac and cheese and more. Food will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last, so early arrival is encouraged.
In addition to great food, attendees will have the opportunity to meet adoptable cats from Kitties of NEPA, with some of the rescue’s “misfits” present in the taproom throughout the event. It’s a chance to connect with these animals and learn more about adoption.
The rescue will also share information about Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR) programs, offering insight into how the community can help reduce the local stray cat population. This fundraiser provides a meaningful way to enjoy an afternoon out while supporting a local cause.
