Montrose Parade of Lights at United Fire Company in Montrose takes place on Friday, December 5, 2025, at 7:00 PM, kicking off the 2025 Christmas in Montrose weekend. Floats, fire trucks, tractors, and more will roll through town decked out in holiday lights for a festive nighttime display.
Lineup for floats and trucks begins at 6:00 PM, and anyone is welcome to participate, including individuals, groups, and businesses. Participants are encouraged to decorate their vehicles with as many lights and holiday touches as possible to add to the spectacle.
After the parade, everyone is invited into the United Fire Company fire hall, where Santa will greet families, offer hot cocoa, and hand out goodie bags to all children. It is a welcoming, family-friendly way to start the holiday season in Montrose.
