Moonshine Dinner takes place at Food & Fire BBQ-Taphouse in Moosic on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 6:00 PM. This specialty dining event features a multi-course experience paired with handcrafted spirits from Skunk Hollow Distillery.
Hosted by distillery owner Bob Zabady, the evening highlights a curated lineup of moonshine flavors paired with chef-driven dishes designed to complement each spirit. Guests will enjoy unique combinations such as plum-glazed wings, white turkey chili, Asian stir-fry with smoked pork belly and a dessert pairing featuring apple pie moonshine and carrot cake with vanilla ice cream.
Each course is thoughtfully crafted to showcase the bold flavors of the spirits while delivering a memorable dining experience. The event offers an opportunity to explore local craft distilling alongside inventive cuisine.
Guests are encouraged to arrive early between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM for complimentary tastings and a chance to meet the distiller, learn about the process and sample additional moonshine varieties.
