New Year’s Week Pop-Up Yoga at Tree of Life Shoppe | Tree of Life Shoppe, Ringtown

New Year’s Week Pop-Up Yoga at Tree of Life Shoppe in Ringtown takes place on Monday, December 29, 2025 at 6:30 PM, offering an evening practice to close out the year with intention. This special class, themed “New Year: Reflecting Back, Looking Forward,” invites participants to pause from the holiday rush, move mindfully, and set the tone for the year ahead.
Because the holidays fall on Wednesdays this year, this is one of the final 2025 Tree of Life Shoppe yoga sessions moved to a Monday to make it easier for more students to attend. The class is designed for all levels, providing a supportive space whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner.

Tree of Life Shoppe is located at 392 West Apple Street, Suite 3, Ringtown, PA. Please bring your own yoga mat and a drink, and arrive about 10 minutes early to sign in and set up your space.
