The Faire’s Swashbuckler Brewing Co., Mount Hope Winery, Lancaster County Cider and Spirits Distilling Co. serve their craft beverages throughout the festival for guests to enjoy with delicious foods from the Royal Kitchens. In keeping with the authenticity of the faire, a popular item is the turkey leg – so in demand that 35,000 are sold each year.

Scores of Renaissance craftsmen line the streets ready to barter their wares.
