Restorative Yoga and Reiki Healing Experience takes place at Interlude Wellness in Hazle Township on Sunday, January 18, 2026 from 5:30 to 6:45 PM. Led by RYT® and Reiki Master Lisa Mo, this 75-minute class blends fully supported restorative yoga with Reiki energy in a warm, softly lit room with ambient music, and no yoga experience is required.
Participants will move through grounded postures held for longer periods with the support of props, allowing the body to relax into gentle, passive stretching. During the holds, Lisa offers Reiki to each participant, an energy practice intended to encourage relaxation and reduce stress.
The investment is $20, and class size is limited to 12; registration via Vagaro is recommended to guarantee a spot. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, water, and any props they have (bolster and blocks), plus cozy items like a blanket, warm socks, or an eye pillow. Essential oils may be used; guests should share any scent sensitivities before class begins.
