Celebrate Thanksgiving with a tradition that’s been running strong for more than a century at the Run For The Diamonds in Berwick, PA, on Thursday, November 27, 2025. This historic nine-mile road race first began in 1908 and has only been canceled twice, making it one of the oldest continuously run road races in the country.
The race kicks off at 10:00 AM and the finish line will close at 1:00 PM. Gun time is the official race time, and all awards will be based on it. There is no entrant limit, giving every runner the chance to be part of this storied event.
Packet pick-up will be held at the Elks Lodge on Wednesday, November 26 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and again on race day morning from 8:15 AM to 9:40 AM. The first 1,200 entrants will receive a long-sleeve tech shirt, with a limited supply available beyond that number on a first-come basis.
The Run For The Diamonds is a true test of endurance and a celebration of community spirit, drawing runners and spectators alike for a memorable Thanksgiving morning.
