Run For The Pizza 5K Run / 2 Mile Walk | Old Forge High School Veterans Memorial Stadium, Old Forge

Run For The Pizza 5K Run / 2 Mile Walk will take place at Old Forge High School Veterans Memorial Stadium in Old Forge on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Hosted by local volunteer firefighters, the event raises funds for the Burn Prevention Network’s Camp Susquehanna.
The 5K course begins at the stadium, travels through mostly residential streets, and finishes near the famous Revello’s Pizza. The walking route follows the same general course, making the event accessible for both runners and walkers.
After the race, participants are invited to enjoy pizza, meet local firefighters, and stay for the awards ceremony. Prizes will be awarded to the first- and second-place male and female finishers in 10-year age categories, along with special awards for the top two first responder finishers.
Register by May 18 to guarantee a race-day T-shirt. Shirts are included with 5K registration and available for purchase with the walk registration. At least 50% of registration fees will be donated to support Camp Susquehanna, which provides programs and summer camp experiences for youth ages 7–21 recovering from serious burn injuries.
