Silent Disco for Autism takes place at the Greater Scranton YMCA in Dunmore on Saturday, January 17, 2026 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, bringing families together for a fun fundraiser hosted by the Leadership Lackawanna Core Program Class of 2026 team, A Room to Grow.
This family-friendly event features music across a variety of genres delivered through wireless headphones, creating a unique dance experience where guests can choose their vibe while sharing the same dance floor. The evening also includes complimentary face painting, a basket raffle, a 50/50 drawing, and food available for purchase.
Proceeds support A Room to Grow’s community project in partnership with the Friendship House Autism Center, helping fund local efforts that benefit individuals and families impacted by autism.
Admission is $15 per family in advance or $20 per family at the door, and each ticket includes one set of headphones. Additional headphones may be rented for $5 each.
